NAYBC Junior Nationals
The 2012 NAYBC Junior Nationals will take place over the bank holiday weekend at the start of June (2nd/3rd/4th)and will again be held in Nottingham. Please note: The YBC Calendar for 2012 has been updated (7th January 2012):

Unfortunately the early morning Saturday Training Sessions have not proved to be very popular with only a small number of bowlers attending each week. |

Cliftonville YBC bowl on Saturday mornings from September to June of each year at Bugsy's in Cliftonville, and is open to junior bowlers from 7 to 18 years of age.
The Saturday YBC League starts at 9:45am with a pre-league warm-up session. The league bowling commences at 10:00 and comprises 3 games finishing between 11:30 and 12:00am.
The club is sanctioned by the British Tenpin Bowling Association (BTBA) and is afilliated to the National Association of Youth Bowling Clubs (NAYBC) and the Kent Ten Pin Bowling Association (KTBA).
Our young bowlers are coached by BTBA Qualified Instructors and the club is managed by BTBA accredited officers, elected annually at the Annual General Meeting and consist of President (Janet Rankin), Vice President (Sarah Rankin), Treasurer (Kvin Plewis) and Secretary (Alan Brown). We also have a number of parent helpers who work with the club officials during the league and at competitions held throughout the country.
All of our officers and volunteers are accredited by the BTBA and are fully CRB checked.
The weekly bowling fees for the 2011/12 season will be £8.00 payable before play each week. The fee for a missed session is £2.00 each, which must be paid on the first week that a bowler returns to the club.
Players from the club participate in many National, International and Local Competitions and the club is represented at the highest level in both in Kent and nationally.
Bugsy's are now running training sessions from 6:00pm each Tuesday evening.
Please note, following a request, we are clarifying the situation in respect of the use of electronic devices on or close to the lanes at YBC.
Players may NOT use any electronic devices whilst league play is in progress, either on the lanes or on the green table tops at the back of the lanes.
The use of mobile phones to make or receive calls or to send or receive text messages by players during the course of the league is not permitted either in the players seating area or in the general viewing area. Players violating these rules will forefit their league scores in all three games for that week and will be asked to leave the lane.
Players are not permitted to leave the playing area during league play without the permsission of a properly licensed league official, or to take or make calls or text messages.
